MILWAUKEE (AP) - Milwaukee police say two officers were injured in a collision with a suspected drunken driver.

The crash happened about 2:30 a.m. Friday on the city’s south side. Authorities say the driver blew through a stop sign and hit a squad car that had the right of way.

The two officers were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The 31-year-old driver was arrested for operating under the influence causing injury.



The crash remains under investigation.
