GREELEY, Colo. (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a woman who died after she was found unresponsive in a burning home in northern Colorado.

The Greeley Tribune reports 52-year-old Dottie Jean Kauffman, of Denver, was trapped in the basement of the abandoned home March 9 and died at a hospital. The Weld County coroner’s office has not released an exact cause of death.

Greeley Fire Department investigators say the blaze was an accident and was contained to the basement. It’s unclear how the fire started and why Kauffman was in the home.

No other details were released.
