91-year-old woman found dead after house catches fire

SAND GAP, Ky. (AP) - An official says a 91-year-old Kentucky woman has been found dead after her home caught fire.

WKYT-TV report Jackson County Coroner Melvin Lakes identified the victim as Jean Morris of Sand Gap in Jackson County.

News outlets report that fire crews responded Saturday morning to the blaze. Neighbor Linda Bowles says the house is no longer standing.

Fire officials are investigating the cause of the blaze.
