PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police say scaffolding collapsed as two men were working on a building in west Philadelphia, but there were no serious injuries.
Police said the workers had secured harnesses that kept them from falling when the scaffolding collapsed in the University City neighborhood shortly before 1 p.m. Monday.
Police said had only minor cuts and bruises and refused treatment from medics at the scene.
Representatives of the city’s department of licenses and inspections were reported at the scene. The cause of the accident wasn’t immediately clear.
