PITTSBURGH (AP) - A street shooting in Pittsburgh has left a man dead and two other people wounded, including a woman who was critically injured.
Authorities responded to the Hill District neighborhood around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday after getting an alert through the city’s gunfire detection system.
Emergency responders soon found a wounded man and woman. The man was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later.
The woman, who was shot in the upper body, was hospitalized in critical condition. Another person went to the hospital on their own for treatment of a minor graze wound.
The names of the wounded people have not been released.
A motive for the shooting remains under investigation.
