WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) - A driver has been arrested after striking and killing a pedestrian and injuring two others, then fleeing from the scene of the crash in Williston.

Police say the 42-year-old man is being held on a possible murder charge and other counts related to Monday night’s crash. The two people who were hurt were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

KEYZ reports neighbors say the man who died lived across the street from the suspect and enraged him by telling him to slow down as he drove through the neighborhood.
