KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A bridge along a Tennessee highway is set to be dedicated to the three people killed in a 2014 school bus crash.

News outlets reports Democratic State Rep. Rick Staples is expected to dedicate the bridge on state Route 9 on Thursday. The dedication ceremony is set for that morning at a Knoxville recreation center. Other state and local officials are expected to attend.

Six-year-old Zykia Burns, 7-year-old Seraya “Bubbles” Glasper and 46-year-old Kimberly Wester Riddle were killed when a school bus swerved across Asheville Highway and crashed into another school bus carrying the trio. Nearly 30 other adults and children were injured in the crash, which was later determined to have been caused by a texting driver.
