WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Police have identified a Pennsylvania man believed to have been shot on Interstate 95 before he crashed a car into a building in Wilmington and died.
Wilmington police said in a statement Monday that the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Emmanuel Kamara Jr. of Chichester, Pennsylvania, remains under investigation. No further details were released.
Police previously said they got reports Saturday night about a vehicle crashing into a deli. Arriving officers found the victim with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
There were no other reports of injuries.
