MINOT, N.D. (AP) - The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified three people killed in a two-vehicle crash near Minot.
Authorities say 78-year-old Marvin Ness, of Douglas, was killed when his pickup truck crossed into the path of a Chevy Suburban on Highway 23 west of Minot Monday afternoon. The two vehicles collided head-on with the Suburban becoming engulfed in flames.
A couple in the Suburban was killed. They’re identified as 28-year-old Jonathan Zacher and 27-year-old Cara Zacher, both of Parshall. A juvenile girl in a car seat survived with minor injuries.
