RIVERTON, Wyo. (AP) - Investigators say a 15-year-old boy was extremely intoxicated when he died of hypothermia on Wyoming’s Wind River Indian Reservation.

The Riverton Ranger reports Robert Tillman Jr., of Fort Washakie, had a blood-alcohol content of 0.273 percent when he died Nov. 17. In Wyoming, a BAC of 0.08 percent is considered intoxicated.

The Fremont County coroner’s office also says the boy had marijuana in his system when he died.

Tillman’s death has been ruled an accident.
