BOSTON (AP) - A suspect in the fatal shooting of a 28-year-old man in Boston in November has been captured.

Police say 31-year-old Patrick Lys, of Weymouth, was apprehended Tuesday in Springfield. He faces a murder charge in the death of Korey Wornum-Parker on Nov. 18 in Boston’s Mattapan section.

Responding officers found Wornum-Parker with a life-threatening gunshot wound in the early morning and he was pronounced dead at the scene.



Lys was arraigned Wednesday and was ordered held without bail. He is scheduled to return to court Feb. 14.
