EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio (AP) - Three adults and a child have been hospitalized after an apartment fire in East Cleveland.
WEWS-TV in Cleveland reports firefighters responded to the fire at around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. A family member at the scene told the station two adult family members sustained burns of unknown severity.
A neighboring home sustained heat and melting damage.
Fire departments from Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights and University Heights worked to contain the fire, which sent flames billowing through the roof.
It was not immediately known how many residents might have been displaced.
