56-year-old man fatally shot in suburban St. Louis street

PAGEDALE, Mo. (AP) - Authorities say a 56-year-old man has been fatally shot in the middle of a suburban St. Louis street.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the shooting happened Monday night in Pagedale. St. Louis County police said in a news release that officers found the victim while responding to a call about a disturbance. The name of the victim wasn’t immediately released.

Authorities are asking the public to call with tips.
