FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Fargo police say two children suffered minor injuries when a pickup truck collided with a school bus.
Authorities say the pickup collided with the short bus at an intersection around 10:15 a.m. Wednesday. Police say the bus had a green light while the pickup had a yellow flashing light and intended to turn left.
Police say the pickup driver was driving too fast for road conditions and was unable to stop, causing her to collide with the bus. The driver of the bus was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Two of the three children on the bus suffered minor injuries.
Police cited the driver of the pickup for failing to yield the right of way when turning left at an intersection.
