Birth control options include barrier methods, such as male and female condoms and contraceptive sponges, and hormonal methods, such as birth control pills, vaginal rings and implantable rods. Others are intrauterine devices, abstinence, withdrawal and rhythm methods. The list seems extensive, unless you want to choose abortion like millions have done.

There have been more than 60 million abortions in America since Roe v. Wade, according to the National Right to Life Committee. Thus, it must be a popular means of birth control. It appears the cards are all in favor of the woman’s “right to choose.” Given certain circumstances, that right includes abortion after full gestation. But does the baby have any choices? It’s been scientifically proven (and is backed by the Bible) that life starts in the womb. So why is abortion such a popular means of birth control given all the other options? Selfishness and inconvenience are common answers.

It’s puzzling that so many global elitists, Democrats, liberals and RINOs clamor for protection of illegal immigrant children at the border but refuse to give unborn babies any considerations or right to life. They want the news cameras to focus on illegal immigrant children at the border and to picture them as defenseless creatures — while totally rejecting photos of dismembered babies from commonplace abortions.

The silent cries of defenseless babies are real. There are better means of birth control. The babies should have rights, too.
