CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - The Latest on I-80 closure in south-central Wyoming (all times local):

Wintry weather could keep a long section of Interstate 80 in south-central Wyoming closed until midday Friday.
Highway officials on Thursday reopened some routes in Wyoming, including Wyoming 28 from Lander to Farson and U.S. 287 north of Rawlins.
But the Wyoming Department of Transportation says the over 100-mile (161-kilometer) section of I-80 from Rawlins to Rock Springs could remain closed until noon Friday or even later.
Other sections of I-80 in Wyoming are closed including westbound lanes near Buford in southeast Wyoming and eastbound lanes near Evanston in southwest Wyoming.

Wintry weather has closed Interstate 80 across much of Wyoming.
The road is closed in both directions from Rawlins to Rock Springs and eastbound from Evanston to U.S. 189. The Wyoming Department of Transportation says those sections of highway are unlikely to reopen until Thursday night.
Other roads closed due to snow and blowing snow include Wyoming 28 from Lander to Farson, Wyoming 789 north of Baggs, U.S. 287 north of Rawlins and U.S. 30 from Bosler to Walcott Junction.
The National Weather Service expects snow to continue in western Wyoming through Thursday and in the mountains through Friday.
