WASILLA, Alaska (AP) - A grand jury has indicted a driver involved in a crash that killed a retired Alaska State Trooper.

Jacob Moreland, 22, of Wasilla was indicted on counts of criminal negligent manslaughter and driving under the influence. A warrant was issued for his arrest and he was taken into custody Saturday night at a home, Alaska State Troopers said Sunday.
