BUFORD, Ga. (AP) - The driver of an SUV has been killed in a crash with a bus carrying five elementary school students, police in Georgia said on Wednesday.

None of the Gwinnett County students were hurt, police said in a statement posted to Twitter. The bus driver suffered a minor injury but was not taken to a hospital, the statement added.

The SUV driver crashed into the bus just after 3 p.m. at an intersection about 40 miles (64 kilometers) northeast of Atlanta in Buford, news outlets reported. Video from the scene taken by the outlets showed serious damage to both of the vehicles’ front ends.
