Authorities have identified a man killed when a fast-moving fire raced through his southern New Jersey home this week.
Florence police say 76-year-old township resident William Comisky was found dead when emergency responders arrived at the home shortly after 2 a.m. Tuesday.
Comisky’s adult daughter, who also lived in the home, was able to escape the fire but suffered minor injuries, as did another person who lived in a rear apartment of the home.
Both were treated at hospitals. Their names have not been released.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, but authorities say it’s not considered suspicious.
