LANTANA, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say a Florida commuter train crashed into a vehicle just moments after the driver escaped.
The Palm Beach Post reports that the Virgin train crash occurred Tuesday morning in Lantana.
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue says the driver sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
Officials say none of the 31 people on the train were injured. The tracks were cleared after about an hour.
It wasn’t immediately clear how the vehicle ended up on the tracks.
