GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) - Police in Great Falls are investigating after a 72-year-old man was struck and killed while crossing the street.
Cascade County Sheriff Jesse Slaughter identified the pedestrian killed as George Mike Blackbird of Great Falls.
The collision happened at about 10:30 p.m. Friday on four-lane avenue at the eastern end of the city.
Slaughter says Blackbird’s next of kin his been notified.
The driver remained at the scene. No citations have been issued.
