Clarification: Anderson Ranch Dam story

BOISE, Idaho (AP) - In a story Aug. 14, The Associated Press reported that the cost to raise Anderson Ranch Dam 6 feet was $31 million. That was the cost in 2016, and officials say new estimates yet to be determined could be higher.
