HOOKSETT, N.H. (AP) - One person has been injured in a fire at a salvage yard in Hooksett that caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage.

The fire broke out Saturday afternoon at Universal Auto.

Officials tell WMUR-TV the fire started in a car that was being worked on and spread to a garage and trailer used as an office.



The fire was brought under control quickly.

The television station reports that an employee of the salvage yard was taken to the hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries.

Officials estimate the damage to be between $250,000 and $300,000.
