SCRANTON, Pa. (AP) - Weather officials say a weak tornado touched down in northeast Pennsylvania as severe weather roared through the region this week, but no injuries were reported.
The National Weather Service says the 100-yard-wide tornado touched down early Monday in Scranton and Dunmore. The twister reached maximum speeds of 85 mph and was rated an EF-0 on the Enhanced Fujita Scale.
