PHILADELPHIA (AP) - A fast-moving fire has roared through a Philadelphia rowhome, leaving a teenage girl hospitalized in serious condition.
The fire broke out around 6 a.m. Tuesday. Firefighters soon arrived and found smoke and flames coming from the second floor of the home.
A 15-year-old girl was rescued from the rear of the home and was taken to a hospital, where she was being treated for smoke inhalation. Her name has not been released.
No other injuries were reported in the fire.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
