MIDDLETOWN, N.J. (AP) - The morning commute is off to a slow start for New Jersey Transit rail passengers who ride North Jersey Coast Line trains.
Service is suspended in both directions because of a downed tree near Middletown.
NJ Transit bus and private carriers are accepting rail tickets and passes.
