MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - The Jackson State at Tennessee State game was cancelled on Saturday night due to rain and lightning following a lengthy weather delay. The Organizers of the Southern Heritage Classic cancelled the contest after waiting over three hours for the weather to improve.
Neither team has an open date to make up the game, prompting the cancellation.
