BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - Police in Montana say a 20-year-old woman has been killed and two other people, including a 16-year-old boy, suffered serious injuries following a head-on collision.
Billings Police Sgt. Ben Milam said in a Sunday statement that speed and alcohol appeared to have contributed to the accident in the city’s Heights neighborhood.
Milam says officers arrived at the accident scene and found the 16-year-old unconscious and with serious injuries in the car he had been driving.
A 20-year-old woman who had been driving a second vehicle was deceased and her female passenger, also 20, suffered serious injuries.
The identities of the victims were not relased.
