NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (AP) - Some winter weather has been forecast for parts of western Nebraska less than three weeks into fall.
The National Weather Service issued an advisory warning that 2 to 3 inches (5 to 7.6 centimeters) of snow could fall by Wednesday morning, with more snow in some areas.
The service also expects travel will be hampered by reduced visibility and slippery roads.
