OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - Police in Omaha say a 25-year-old woman has died from a crash near the city’s midtown area.

Police say Patricia Leahy was driving a car west Monday morning when a northbound car hit here at the intersection of 42nd and Grover streets.

Leahy was taken to an Omaha hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
