SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (AP) - Temple Beth Hillel will hold a vigil Monday to honor the victims of the Pittsburgh synagogue shooting.

In a statement Sunday evening Rabbi Jeffrey Glickman announced that a vigil of mourning and prayer will be held from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. at the temple.

The vigil will include a reading of the names of the 11 victims killed inside the Tree of Life Synagogue on Saturday. The statement says representatives from the Anti-Defamation League, community leaders and clergy from several houses of worship will attend. It is open to the public.

A gunman opened fire with an AR-15 rifle and other weapons during worship services at Tree of Life before police tracked him down and shot him, according to affidavits. Six others were injured in the attack, including four officers.
