FROMBERG, Mont. (AP) - Carbon County Sheriff Josh McQuillan has identified the victims of a head-on crash that killed two people in the south-central Montana county.

The Billings Gazette reports that those killed in the crash Thursday on state Highway 310 were 16-year-old Paul McKay, who was a sophomore at Joliet High School, and 56-year-old Michael Oedekoven, of Billings.

McQuillan says McKay was driving himself and his younger sister to school when the accident occurred north of Fromberg.

McKay’s sister was taken to St. Vincent Healthcare with broken bones and other possible injuries.
