CAMDEN-WYOMING, Del. (AP) - A Delaware man is accused of “inappropriately touching” two teens at a high school homecoming football game.

News outlets cite a Delaware State Police release that says 58-year-old Ricky D. Hardy was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual contact after turning himself in Thursday.

Police say Hardy was at the Caesar Rodney High School homecoming game last week. A parent told a school resource officer working the game that her 16-year-old daughter had been “inappropriately touched” while in line for the snack bar. Shortly thereafter, another parent told the officer that her 14-year-old daughter had been touched.

Police used “investigative measures” to identify Hardy as the suspect. Police say he has no affiliation with the high school.

It’s unclear whether he has a lawyer to speak on his behalf.
