RENO, Nev. (AP) - Washoe County authorities say no charges are being sought in an Aug. 27 fatal collision in which a 68-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a school bus.
The Sheriff’s Office says neither motorcyclist Robert Martin of Sparks nor the school bus driver were able to see the other vehicle in time to take avoid the collision that occurred as the bus made a left turn onto a street from a business driveway.
No children were on the bus at the time.
The Sheriff’s Office said the investigation included a re-enactment of the wreck along with witness interviews.
