TOLEDO, Wash. (AP) - A 19-year-old man from Toledo, Washington, was struck and killed by a car as he walked along a dark road in the unincorporated area of Onalaska, Washington.

KOMO-TV reports that Jordan Alvarez Hill was wearing dark clothing as he walked along State Route 508 when he was struck by a driver in an SUV just before 6:30 p.m. Sunday.

Washington State Troopers say Hill was pronounced dead at the scene.



Troopers noted in the crash report the cause of the crash was a pedestrian in the road and no charges will be filed against the 45-year-old driver.
