HUDSON, N.H. (AP) - Police in New Hampshire are asking the public to help them figure out who set fire to a vacant home in Hudson.
Fire officials say they knew the April 26 fire was suspicious almost immediately. WMUR-TV reports no one was injured in the fire and the damage to the home was minimal.
Police say they found no trace of an accelerant, but noted the fire appeared to have started several feet off the ground. Authorities also say a heavy rain the day before should have deterred the fire.
Anyone who saw or heard anything in the area of Boyd Road on April 26 is asked to contact Hudson police.
