SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) - A Scottsdale Police Department spokesman say one person is dead in a shooting that involved police but did not result in injury to any officers.
Officer Kevin Watts says the information is preliminary and that the Saturday morning incident remains under investigation.
It occurred on North Scottsdale Road near East McDowell Road.
