HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - Hartford police are investigating a fatal overnight shooting.
Deputy Chief Brian Foley says officers responding to reports of multiple gunshots on Pavilion Street at about 9:30 p.m. Thursday found the victim dead on the sidewalk.
The victim was identified as a 28-year-old man, but his name was not immediately made public.
The victim was pronounced dead by medical examiners just after 10 p.m.
There was no word on any suspects or arrests.
