PHOENIX (AP) - Southbound Interstate 17 has reopened after being closed in Phoenix for over two hours Thursday morning because of a multi-vehicle wreck.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety says the wreck that occurred north of Thomas Road involved four vehicles, including a tractor-trailer rig and a rental truck.
Trooper Kameron Lee says at least one of the vehicles rolled and that all southbound lanes were blocked but no injuries were reported.
Lee says it took a long time to clear the roadway because of the trucks involved in the wreck.
