Man’s death in Jefferson City investigated as suspicious

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - Authorities are investigating a man’s death in Jefferson City as suspicious.

Police said in a news release that officers were responding Sunday to a call about a nonresponsive man when they found the 41-year-old dead. Police didn’t immediately release the man’s name or how he died.

The release says detectives are working to track down possible witnesses.
