BEAVERTON, Ore. (AP) - A worker suffered minor injuries in an explosion at a Beaverton food cart.

Brandon Pratt of Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue says bystanders pulled the woman from the debris and an ambulance took her to the hospital for further evaluation.

He says the blast heavily damaged the food cart that serves crepes and waffles. A nearby cart had minor damage.

A propane tank is believed to have caused the explosion, but the investigation isn’t over.
