GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (AP) - Authorities in central Nebraska say an 85-year-old Fullerton woman has died in a two-vehicle crash near Grand Island.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office tells the Grand Island Independent that Barbara Sullivan died in the Monday morning crash. Investigators say Sullivan was driving a sedan westbound on a rural road north of Grand Island when she was hit by a van traveling north on state Highway 281. Sullivan was pronounced dead at the scene.
Deputies say the 32-year-old North Loup woman driving the van and two children in it suffered minor injuries.
