MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia says reserve forward D’Angelo Hunter is transferring.

Coach Bob Huggins announced in a news release Monday that the junior has been granted his release from the program.

Hunter averaged 1.5 points and less than one rebound in 17 games this season. He came to West Virginia after transferring from Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas.
