Purdue, a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament, has lost senior center Isaac Haas for the remainder of the tournament due to a fractured right elbow.

Haas grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds and scored nine points in Purdue’s Round of 64 game Friday, a 74-48 win over No. 15 Cal State-Fullerton.

Haas came out of the game in the second half when he was pulled down on a rebound play and his elbow slammed on the floor. He re-entered the game later.

The injury ends Haas’s college career. The 7-foot-2 center was Purdue’s second-leading scorer (14.9 points per game) and second-leading rebounder (5.6 rebounds per game) during the season.

Purdue will face either No. 7 Arkansas or No. 10 Butler in the Round of 32 on Sunday.
