One day before NFL free agency officially opens on Wednesday, reports indicate that the dominoes have begun to fall.
Tuesday morning’s first bit of news came just after midnight and had a big impact on former Washington Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins’ likely landing spot:

First QB domino has fallen.
QB race is on.
The Broncos were reportedly very interested in Cousins, but Cousins may not have felt the same in return. On “Cooley and Kevin” on The Team 980 Tuesday morning, former Redskins tight end Chris Cooley said he was not surprised, because Broncos general manager John Elway did not seem like “Cousins’ kind of guy.”
Two free agent wide receivers, a position the Redskins may be interested in, also have locked up their destinations, according to Adam Schefter.
Former Jaguars’ WR Allen Robinson intends to sign with the Chicago Bears barring any last-minute snags when free agency opens Wednesday, source tells ESPN.

The Redskins are in the market for a starting wide receiver opposite Josh Doctson and Robinson in particular could have fit the bill. The former Jaguar missed most of 2017 with an ACL injury.
The Jaguars lost Robinson, but gained an offensive lineman. ESPN reported Jacksonville will sign former Panther guard Andrew Norwell with a contract that would make him the highest-paid guard in the NFL: five years for $66.5 million.
