CHESTER, Pa. (AP) - A fast-moving fire destroyed two homes, severely damaged two others and displaced 12 residents in a Pennsylvania neighborhood.

The fire in Chester was reported around 12:40 a.m. Thursday. Authorities say responding firefighters found heavy flames coming from one home, and the flames soon spread to three neighboring residences.

One firefighter was treated at the scene for a minor injury, but no residents were injured. Authorities say one person was initially trapped in one home by the flames, but was able to soon escape.



Six adults and six children were displaced by the fire, which was fought by dozens of firefighters.

The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
