SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (AP) - A chemical company has decided to expand its operations in South Carolina, creating 25 new jobs.

State officials said ICL will expand operations at its plant in Summerville by the end of the year.

ICL is based in Israel and makes minerals and chemicals used in both industry and agriculture.



The Summerville plant is part of the company’s fertilizer business line.

ICL says it’s already hiring for the new jobs.
