LAS VEGAS (AP) - Las Vegas police are investigating after a body was discovered inside a burning car.
KVVU-TV reports a car fire was reported early Saturday morning near Jean, a small commercial town near the southern Nevada-California border.
Police say a deceased person was discovered inside the vehicle after the fire was put out.
Arson and homicide investigators were on the scene to determine the cause of death.
Police say the vehicle was not involved in a crash.
