ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say four people were killed in a head-on crash in Florida.
The Florida-Times Union reports the four were killed Wednesday morning on a rural St. Johns County road, southwest of St. Augustine. Officials didn’t immediately name the victims.
The Florida Highway Patrol says an SUV had just passed a semitrailer using the oncoming lane but failed to get back into its own lane before smashing into an oncoming SUV. The driver of the passing SUV, as well as the driver and two passengers in the oncoming SUV were all killed.
