MAX, N.D. (AP) - Authorities have identified a Mandan man who died when he was struck by a pickup while walking on U.S. Highway 83 near Max.
The Highway Patrol says 30-year-old Jordan Hagerott was pronounced dead at the scene shortly before 1:30 a.m. Saturday. Authorities say he had been walking from Minot to Mandan when he was hit.
The driver and a passenger in the pickup were not injured. The driver was not charged.
